The SideArm Robotic Arm Kit for DJI Phantom 4 V1 is a robotic arm that clips onto the DJI Phantom* drones (not included) to provide aerial manipulation capability. The SideArm includes its own backpack controller that clips onto the back of the DJI remotes.

Two slider controls are located at your fingertips. Use one to deploy the carbon fiber reinforced SideArm. Use the other to close the carbon fiber talon-like claws to grasp and carry objects. The SideArm can be installed or removed in about 1 minute without tools.

The SideArm clears the camera gimbal and built-in sensors on the drone. The SideArm and the SideArm Backpack Controller each have their own rechargeable internal battery. A charger is included. At just 135 grams for the entire SideArm assembly that mounts to the drone, the SideArm is lightweight. It fits DJI Phantom 4 drones.

It is highly recommended that the purchaser and/or pilot have proper liability insurance coverage at all times in the event that your use of a SideArm equipped drone damages property or hurts a person or other living creature. In general, RC aircraft are not covered under standard liability insurance. Please check with your insurer regarding the correct insurance coverage.
