   Question 1 ,

Why my NX1 Bluetooth Car Kit always says "Connecting" and "Disconnected" ? How to solve it ?

   Answer ,

Our NX1 Bluetooth Car Kit can store connection information for 8 Bluetooth devices maximum.
So we need to clear connection device information manually and reconnect our Bluetooth devices.
Steps as below,
1. Power ON our NX1 Bluetooth Car Kit
2. Long press the " VOL " and " VOL - " at the same time for 12 seconds
3. Release the buttons when you hear "du.du."
4. Connect your bluetooth device again
 

 

   Question 2 ,

Why the "ON/OFF" switch can not "POWER ON/OFF" ?

   Answer ,

Because the "ON/OFF" button is not for "POWER ON/OFF", 
It is for " Vibration sensor ON/OFF ".
 
Our device  have 3 ways to "Power OFF"
1.  It will automatically power off (sleep mode) in 5 minutes (without vibration)
2.  Hold "call" key for 12 seconds.  till it say "goodbye"
3.  Short press the  "call "  " "  " - "  3 buttons at the same time.
 
Our device  have 2 ways to "Power ON"
1. When the " Vibration sensor "  is  " ON " , just shake our device to power ON.
2.  Short press " call " button to power ON
